Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Professionally respond to customer questions via phone, email, and live chat regarding products and services.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Manage Data: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Process Orders: Accurately handle order processing, returns, and exchanges to ensure seamless transactions.
- Build Rapport: Establish long-term relationships with clients by providing a friendly and helpful service experience.
- Escalation: Identify complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate department or supervisor promptly.
- Feedback: Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to management to help improve our services.
Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and comfort with software applications.
