Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the night shift schedule.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions with patience and professionalism.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system and update customer records.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for enthusiastic candidates.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong typing skills and computer proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
