Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
