Responsibilities

- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes

- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution times

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced setting
- Flexible schedule availability for night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
