Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve complex issues using CRM systems and knowledge databases
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved concerns
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or call-center settings
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Type 45+ WPM with strong computer navigation abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office environment
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
