Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to high-volume incoming calls and emails regarding products and services with a focus on accuracy and empathy.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide effective solutions to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process returns, exchanges, and account adjustments within company guidelines.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure consistent service quality during night operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or technical support.
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM or similar).
- Location: Must reside in the United States, specifically Minneapolis, MN or Texas (Remote).
- Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office setup.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
