Responsibilities

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the CRM system.
- Document all interactions and customer feedback in detailed logs.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve support processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and a positive attitude during high-volume shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (required for remote roles).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift) as scheduled.
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
