Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication skills and a patient, helpful attitude

- Ability to type 30+ WPM with accuracy
- Proficient in basic computer applications and web navigation
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
- U.S. work authorization and residency in Massachusetts or New York
