- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist customers with product information, billing questions, and service troubleshooting.
- Document customer interactions and account updates accurately in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and quality.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
