Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails with a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, account troubleshooting, and order processing.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the Quality Assurance team when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM database.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a reliable computer with high-speed internet (for remote roles) or a quiet workspace (for on-site roles).
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic attitude.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
