Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues by listening actively and offering effective solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account details into the CRM database.
- Follow established scripts and guidelines to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or technical team immediately.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during peak call volumes.
- Participate in daily morning huddles and weekly training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or retail environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends: Saturday and Sunday shifts required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and a typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
