- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and questions regarding products, services, and billing using established procedures.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to maintain high performance metrics and service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must have a dedicated workspace and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as required by the shift schedule.
