Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and account information accurately in our CRM system.
- Adhere to all call scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your assigned product lines.
- Maintain a professional and calm demeanor during high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus but not required for our hiring event.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space (if remote).
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 30 WPM.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
