Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by clarifying the problem, determining the cause, and recommending a solution.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and other requests.
- Follow-up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No prior customer service or call center experience is required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and navigating web browsers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
