Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on high-quality service.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide paid training).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable internet connection and computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
