- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but we provide paid training for qualified candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (35+ WPM).
- Able to work full-time hours including weekends and holidays.
