Responsibilities

- Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (California and Georgia residents preferred).
