Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints, questions, and issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Update customer account information and maintain detailed records of all interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Must be available to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
