Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support to resolve customer inquiries within 2-minute response time SLA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical issues
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Participate in weekly training on product updates and support techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience via chat/email
- Exceptional written communication with 60+ WPM typing speed
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar CRM tools
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 concurrent chat sessions
- Strong problem-solving skills with logical approach
- Flexible availability for evening/weekend shifts (10% of schedule)
