Job Overview
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Answer customer questions regarding products, services, and account inquiries accurately.
- Log all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and concisely.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
