Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues efficiently
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in remote settings
- Strong typing skills (50+ WPM) and familiarity with ticketing systems
- High-speed home internet and quiet workspace required
