Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and technical problems by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Accurately log all customer interactions and account details into our CRM database to ensure data integrity.
- Assist customers with product navigation, billing inquiries, and account management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and improve service protocols.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on tone and clarity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
