We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, work-from-home position, you will serve as the friendly voice and face of our brand for clients in the Las Vegas and California regions. Your primary mission will be to ensure our customers have a seamless experience by resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information, account management, and technical troubleshooting.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service processes and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments (1+ years preferred).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable high-speed internet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
