- Process orders, returns, and billing adjustments using Salesforce CRM
- Document interactions accurately in customer databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex case escalations
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve service workflows
- Maintain 25+ daily contact volume targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environment
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed home internet and quiet workspace
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
