- Escalate complex issues to senior management or specialized departments when necessary.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Adhere to all company policies, including confidentiality agreements and remote work protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
