Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and product inquiries with precision
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores, resolution rates, and handle times
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-volume contact centers
- Proven proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and typing 40+ WPM
- High school diploma; associate's degree preferred
