Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and account management.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service protocols and efficiency.
- Provide product training and guidance to new customers when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient demeanor.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
