Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues accurately and in a timely manner.
- Use CRM software to document customer interactions and update account information.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical or billing issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
