Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools while maintaining SLA targets
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and escalate specialized cases appropriately
- Collaborate with billing, technical, and product teams for seamless resolutions
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital and voice channels
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
