Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot product-related problems efficiently and accurately.
- Manage multiple concurrent chat sessions without compromising on service quality or response time.
- Document customer interactions, account status updates, and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Adhere to company guidelines regarding call handling, privacy, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center environments is a strong plus.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40-50 WPM).
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar, punctuation, and tone.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
