Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Provide accurate product information and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Qualifications
