Responsibilities

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department without delay.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
