- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in our customer database
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain seamless service coverage
- Upsell products/services when appropriate to enhance customer experience
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a high-volume environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Ability to work independently during unsupervised shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends + holidays)
