- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve overall customer satisfaction scores.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary, ensuring no customer is left behind.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during every shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required by business needs.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
