Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Participate in weekend training and development sessions
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
- Valid work authorization for US employment
