Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution where possible.
- Accurately input and update customer information and account details into the CRM system.
- Provide product or service information and educate customers on available solutions.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
