Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via live chat and email.
- Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues in a timely manner.
- Document interactions and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone in all communications.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services where appropriate.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve processes and response times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent written communication and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat windows simultaneously.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
