Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution times
- Adhere to company protocols and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Excellent communication skills with clear, professional verbal/written abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM PT)
