Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues with precision
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Proactively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Participate in weekly training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM)
- High-speed home internet and quiet workspace
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Excellent conflict resolution and active listening skills
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
