Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily across diverse client portfolios
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency using CRM tools
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 85% CSAT, 20 AHT, 95% adherence
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk systems
- Collaborate with QA team for continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in bi-weekly performance coaching sessions
- Adhere to PCI compliance standards for payment processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Windows OS and basic MS Office
- Ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid US work authorization and clear background check
