Responsibilities

- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution targets
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service quality

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficient in multitasking and navigating multiple digital platforms
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Available to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed
