- Handle 50-70 inbound/outbound calls daily with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, billing, and services
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Clear communication skills (bilingual Spanish a plus)
