Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a friendly and professional tone.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Document customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager.
- Build rapport with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
