- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM software.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services where appropriate.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure service quality and meet performance metrics.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the company at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to provide exceptional customer experiences.
