Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions into the CRM database.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve maximum satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Process orders, applications, and other related services as required.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment (if remote role).
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
