Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for Fortune 500 clients
- Resolve inquiries using proprietary CRM systems
- Meet daily performance metrics (25+ calls/hour)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly training sessions
- Collaborate with team to exceed client KPIs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills in English/Spanish
- Ability to type 35+ WPM
- Reliable transportation to downtown Dallas
- Flexibility for 8am-8pm shifts
- Basic computer proficiency
