Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for Fortune 500 clients
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service complaints
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (call volume, CSAT scores)
- Participate in weekly training sessions for product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases
- Uphold HIPAA compliance for sensitive customer data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months call center or customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with CRM tools
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Proficient in Spanish or Mandarin (bilingual bonus)
