Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 30+ WPM with accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Reliable transportation to event location
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends if needed
