- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary to ensure a positive outcome.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow standard operating procedures and company policies to ensure compliance.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Provide accurate information regarding billing, technical support, and product features.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant call center experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional tone.
- Proficient computer skills, including typing speed (40+ WPM) and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
- Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays, on a rotating schedule.
