- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, emerging markets, and disruptive innovations to provide actionable insights for executive leadership.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with our research and development teams to prototype and validate cutting-edge technologies relevant to our industry verticals.
- Investment Strategy: Evaluate and prioritize capital allocation for new tech initiatives, ensuring high ROI and risk mitigation.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry conferences, speaking engagements, and whitepaper publications regarding the future of technology.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex future-tech concepts into clear business strategies for investors, board members, and operational teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterās degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or executive leadership roles within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to look beyond current capabilities and identify viable future technologies with high potential for commercialization.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and emerging tech stacks.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale innovation projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and technical teams alike.
